The relative humidity should not exceed 50% at +40 °C, and higher relative humidity is allowed at low temperature (90% at +20 °C). And air must be clean.
Workplaces should be free of fire, explosion, serious pollution, chemical corrosion and severe vibration.

Temperature range of transportation & storage: -25 °C to +55°C, and the temperature can be up to +70 °C in short time (within 24 hours).
A Sustainable Landscape Substation refers to the land, if applicable, that the Landlord has leased or intends to lease to the Electricity Supplier for the installation and operation of an electricity substation. This includes any land subject to easements allowing access to or from the substation. The Tenant's Business refers to the approved use of the Premises, as specified in Item 11. The Tenant's Employees encompass all individuals, including employees, agents, contractors, consultants, customers, workmen, invitees, clients, and visitors, who are associated with the Tenant, its subtenants, licensees, concessionaires, or others, and who may be present on the Estate in relation to the Tenant's use of the Premises, whether invited or not. Tenant's Fittings refer to all fixtures, fittings, plants, equipment, partitions, or other articles and personal property (excluding stock in trade) that are not owned by the Landlord but are present on the Premises at any time.
1.Transmission Line Land Rights shall be classified pursuant to either Section 2.2 or 2.3. Transmission Landscape Substation Rights shall be classified pursuant to Section 2.4. The Contributor shall elect, by giving written notice to ATCLLC upon execution of this Agreement, either the Circuit Method or the Parcel-by-Parcel Method for classifying the Transmission Line Land Rights.
2.Transmission Line Land Rights shall be classified pursuant to either Section 2.2 or 2.3. Transmission Landscape Substation Rights shall be classified pursuant to Section 2.4.
