Daya Electric Group company sells a variety of products with a wide range of specifications. Whether it is household or industrial electricity, we will tailor the most cost-effective energy-saving solutions for customers based on their different electricity needs. Today, we will introduce the best-selling optical and storage integrated machine series. The structure of an energy storage system (ESS) consists of several key components that work together to store, manage, and distribute electrical energy. Here's a breakdown of typical structures:
1. Battery module
ESSs typically feature multiple lithium battery modules that store electrical energy in chemical form and release it when needed. Total capacity and voltage are determined by the number and configuration of these modules.
2. Battery Management System (BMS)
The BMS monitors and manages the health, state of charge (SoC) and state of health (SoH) of each battery module. It ensures balanced charge and discharge, protects against overcharging, deep discharge and overheating, and provides battery performance data.
3. Inverter
An inverter converts the direct current stored in the battery into alternating current that can be used by most electrical systems. In a grid-tied system, the inverter also synchronizes its output with the grid.
4. Energy Management System (EMS)
EMS controls and optimizes the operation of ESS. It manages charge and discharge cycles based on factors such as energy demand, grid conditions and electricity prices. It can also be connected to renewable energy sources such as solar panels or wind turbines.
5. Power Conditioning System (PCS)
PCS ensures high-quality power output, stabilizing voltage and frequency before delivering energy to the grid or load. It also manages the flow of power between the grid, ESS and local loads.
6. Cooling system
Cooling systems regulate the temperature of battery modules and other components to prevent overheating, which can damage the battery or shorten its service life. Generally, two modes are used: liquid cooling and air cooling.
7.Security system
Circuit Breaker: Protects the system from overcurrent and short circuits.
Fuse: Provides extra safety by disconnecting a faulty circuit.
8. Monitoring interface
Operators can remotely access, monitor and control the ESS system through this interface. It also provides other key data about the system's performance, battery status, and more.
9. Communication system
Enables communication between the ESS and external systems such as grid operators, renewable energy sources or centralized control systems.
10. enclosure
The entire system is housed within a high-protection enclosure, which is typically weatherproof and designed to protect against environmental factors such as rain, dust and extreme temperatures.
11. Auxiliary power supply
Auxiliary power can provide power to the BMS, EMS, cooling systems and other control components even when the primary battery array is offline or fully discharged.
The integrated photovoltaic and storage machine (all-in-one photovoltaic energy storage machine) combines photovoltaic power generation and energy storage technology. It not only improves energy utilization, enhances grid stability, reduces energy costs, but also improves energy self-sufficiency. It is green and environmentally friendly and has a high Flexibility and reliability.
